Practical, neurodivergent-friendly business resources for acupuncturists and other practitioners who want a small, steady, sustainable practice that fits how they actually work.
You went into this medicine to help people, not to run a small business. But you're doing the books, the marketing, the scheduling, the website, the cleaning, the inventory - all of it.
Most of the advice out there tells you the same thing: scale up, niche down, build a funnel, and hustle your way to six figures.
Almost none of it tells you how to build something small and steady that you can keep doing for the next twenty years without running yourself into the ground.
If this sounds like you, you're in the right space. Welcome to a community of like-minded practitioners, all working to build a practice that works for them - wherever they are in life!

Hi there!
A bit about me...
I'm an acupuncturist and the owner of Fireweed Acupuncture in Des Moines, Iowa. I help neurodivergent and chronically ill practitioners build the kind of practice that doesn't run them into the ground: efficient, right-sized, and built around how their brains and bodies actually work. I also teach neurodivergent-affirming care to fellow practitioners, because everyone deserves care that meets them where they are.
